Benefits of energy efficient grow lights

LED grow lights are now three times more efficient than when first released about 10 years ago. High efficiency LED grow lights are now more than twice as efficient as High Intensity Discharge grow lights such as Metal Halide, High Pressure Sodium and Ceramic Metal Halide lamps.
