There are two LED grow lights to choose from the Grow Light Science range, the Grow 300 and the Grow 200. Both have the same high quality components and features and are excellent value for money too. Previously these were only available in the US and Canada but MIGRO has partnered with Grow Light Science to make them available to growers in the UK, Europe and worldwide.

Overview
The Grow 200 and Grow 300 are both elegant in design and construction. The LEDs are mounted in a light weight and highly efficient reflector with the drivers fitted on top. The LEDs are coated to protect them from dirt and moisture and emit a full spectrum light suitable for growing from seed to harvest. The components are of the highest quality with these key features:
- Top-Bin white LEDs with OSRAM Hyper Red 660nm Gen3 for high power bloom phase
- 90 CRI
- Dimmable
- 5-Year Warranty
Recommended coverage and MIGRO test results
The grow 300 consumes just over 300 watts and is suitable for covering 5ft x 2.5ft (1.5m x 0.75m). Two of them are perfect in a 5ft x 5ft (1.5m x 1.5m) space delivering an average PAR intensity of 701 µmols/m²/sec.
The Grow 300 delivers a very high average PAR of about 1,100 µmols/m²/sec in a 4ft x 2ft (1.2m x 0.6m) space. Two Grow 300 can be installed up in a 4ft x 4ft (1.2m x 1.2m) grow tent to also deliver an average PAR of about 1,100 µmols/m²/sec. This is a very high average PAR and would need elevated CO2 levels to make use of the very high PAR intensity.
The grow 200 consumes just over 200 watts and is suitable for covering 3ft x 3ft (1.5m x 0.9m) delivering an average PAR intensity of 588 µmols/m²/sec.
The Grow 200 can also cover 4ft x 2ft (1.2m x 0.6m) and 3ft x 2ft (0.9m x 0.6m), the PAR charts for these arrangements are on the product page.
Features
The fixture is very high quality in construction, easy to setup and hang and has on board dimming. A simple light which is focused on high PAR output and a large physical size with a bright white reflector for optimum light spread.
LEDS and spectrum output
The Grow light spectrum is optimised for both electrical and photosynthetic efficiency with a mixture of cool white, warm white and 660nm Osram reds for enhanced system efficiency.
The spectrum is suitable for growing from seed to harvest
Value for money
These series of lights are excellent value for money considering their high performance. The test results demonstrate they are very high efficiency and the light spread is very uniform. There are few lights of this quality and performance are available at this price range.

Comments
Dave
Hello Shane,
Hope all is well with you . I am writing you from Canada seeking some technical advice on the difference between the Grow light Science Grow 300 and their PROGROW 320. I noticed on the GLS site that they specifically mention the type and quantity of LED diodes used for the Grow 300 (1,056 Top Bin Samsung and OSRAM LEDs ) but only mention that the diodes used on the PROGROW 320 as top shelf . Am I to assume given the price difference ( grow-300 @ $419 US & PROGROW 320 @ $395 US ) and lack of specifics on the PROGROW diodes that it is the PROGROW320 is the inferior light. If you could offer any insight it would be
most appreciated.
Regards
Dave
